60 Days Money Back Guarantee There is a 60 days money back guarantee for new subscriptions. No questions asked. This money back guarantee applies the first time the property is listed, but not to renewals.
Our Right to Cancel a Listing, Refund TermsSearchVacationRental.com reserves the right to cancel any listing, for any reason, in which case Owner will be refunded an amount prorated for the unused time. The $15 service fee will be waived.
Customer’s Right To Cancel, Refund TermsAfter 60 days, if an Owner cancels the subscription an amount prorated for the unused time minus a $15 service fee, will be refunded. If the prorated amount is less than $15 there will be no refund.
How Refunds are Made
In all cases, where there is a refund, it can only be made to the same credit card used to place the charge. No exceptions.
Property InformationThe information contained about each listed property on our web site is provided by the customer and entered directly by the customer on our web site.
Accuracy of InformationSearchvacationrental.com is not responsible, nor does it check or guarantees the accuracy of the information about any of the properties listed on our web site.
Customer ObligationsInformation entered by the customer on our web site is required to be accurate. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the listing.
Nature of Transactions Between Owners and RentersAll rental arrangements, transactions and payments are between Owner and Renter. Any problems are to be settled and resolved between the Owners and Renters. searchvacationrental.com only function is to display the listed property and provide information for the Owner and Renter to contact each other.
Use of URLs to Link to other Web SitesThe use of URL links on a property listing on our web site is permitted, as long as:
- It is not a link to a competing web site
- It’s a link that is meaningful and is of value in describing the listed property.
Acceptance of DowntimeThere may be times when due to hardware/software issues (Host server down, Bugs in the software, etc.), or an act of God (e.g. Hurricane), when some, or all, of the web site functions may not work. By the use of our web site you agree that that you understand this limitation and accept that searchvacationrental.com is not liable for any disruption in service.
